I've had a few dishes here and they've all been delicious. Today I had the Tom Yum, it was a well seasoned soup with rice on the side. It was a bit warm outside for this dish, but still quite enjoyable. The lady who operates the truck is extremely friendly and cheery and quite enjoyable to talk to. A lot of the Food has a great home cooking taste too it. Quite hard to find in Austin.
The speed of service is about the same as any food truck I've been to, no complaints there.
Would highly recommend, although there might not be a good place to park nearby. -

Needed to grab lunch today but wasn't that many options near the office. After some quick yelping, Saw Oui's not that far of a walk and decided to go give it a try. Lunch lines are pretty long and definitely not much if any parking in the area for it though, so be forewarned.
I got a pad kee mao with tofu which I'm used to having some heat, but for me I think the spice was a bit too much for me. That said, I bring it on my own head to get "medium heat," which as far as thai food goes, guess I should recalibrate. The tofu itself is not fried, which I was a bit surprised by compared to other places I've had the dish but they do give you a lot of the regular tofu. That said, medium is so hot for me that it overwhelmed any other flavor the dish might have had. Normally I finish all my food, but this one I gave up after halfway.
So, perhaps it's a bit harsh judgment but initial impression is meh. That said, I think the price is right and there's not much other thai food in South Congress. And on the bright side, the lady that runs the trailer is very nice. -

Excellent Tom Yum soup. I ordered mine 2 out of 3 on the spicy level and it was perfect. Ample amounts of chicken, lemongrass, mushrooms, etc. i also had the Thai Lemonade, made fresh in house.
Tip: Next door to the Mobil gas station and behind Valentina's BBQ. -

Ordered pad see ew on a Tuesday during lunch time and got it super quick. So that was nice. Everything else was less so.
This is just a review for the pad see ew, it seems like many people seem to enjoy this food. For this particular dish the sauce is runny and sinks to the bottom. They had their own twist on this classic dish and it was ... fairly average. Peppery and not as savory as I like. The veggies were on the undercooked side of things, which is my preference anyway so nbd. The real issue, though, was the chicken, which tasted like it was on the verge of going bad. It affected the entire rest of the dish and I didn't end up finishing it. I might try a different dish at some point because it's close to my work but never again with the pad see ew, which is usually my favorite go-to Thai dish. -

I finally have the opportunity to stop by this great trailer. I ordered the beef and broccoli, Tom Thai soup and the basil fried rice.
All I can say is everything was absolutely delicious and the portions were incredibly generous.
